1. Form filling issue

   the final page of this document is meant to be a large box for notes. When you click to type it changes to one continuous line that is difficult to see/edit. Then when you click off of it it goes to a paragraph as intended.

   This form was made in another program and functions properly in that program, but not here.

2. Blank pages

   I think this is a SharePoint issue, but I hate that I can't rearrange or delete pages in Organize Pages. They populate, they just don't show anything on the pages.

3. Increase Maximum Zoom

   Maximum zoom appears to be something like 100% or "actual size" but I look at massive architectural drawings that often need zoom closer to 200% or more, which this adobe browser acrobat doesn't allow. That makes this useless to me.

9. PDF form text inputs are blank

   this PDF is blank, I have tried a few different things and it remains blank (optimising, reducing file size, etc). In the print preview it shows up fine and when I download it, it also works fine

10. Adobe Document Cloud deletes previous entries when drawing new entries

    I have the following problem ...

    We open the PDF files via Sharepoint, then the file is opened online via the Adobe Document Cloud.

    These can then be edited and saved there.

    Now we come to the problem.

    If you edit a PDF file and edit it with the courser (mouse) it works and there is no problem.

    But if you edit the file with your finger or the pen and write things into it, the written things disappear if you write something new after a short time.

    If you save the file and then open it again, everything that has been written is there.

    So it can be summarized that if you make an input with the pen or your finger (touchpad on the Surface), it disappears immediately but is there again when you open the file again.

    If you paint directly with the mouse, this doesn't happen.

    Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

11. Document not appearing correctly in Adobe Cloud

    I open a pdf document from our sharepoint service, and it is not appearing in the Adobe Cloud. It is showing up in the preview pane, but not in the main view. This doesn't happen with all documents, seems only fillable documents.

12. Open directly into Desktop as Option

18. Support SmartCard for SharePoint Authentication (FIDO support?) on macOS

    In an organisation that used strong authentication to access SharePoint we are using SmartCards to do so. Acrobat is currently not correctly handling the login, so when using strong authentication you cannot access Sharepoint. According to Adobe Support this is not a bug, but a missing feature.

    When trying to add a Sharepoint in Acrobat it is expected that a browser window is presented to ask for the credentials after entering URL and Username, in this case to ask for the SmartCard PIN. A browser window is indeed opening, but is instantly being replaced by a dialog showing, that this resource cannot be accessed and you should contact you administrator. This is most likely due to the fact, that only access by SmartCard is allowed and none is found by Acrobat, even though it is available.

    The resource CAN be accessed, other applications can do it and you can access Sharepoint right from the browser, too. According to our research and experiences with other applications FIDO support must be enabled to access the SmartCard. In addition, Apple already provided more details to help:
    "In Safari (and SFVC) - (void)webView:(WKWebView *)webView didReceiveAuthenticationChallenge:(NSURLAuthenticationChallenge *)challenge completionHandler:(void (^)(NSURLSessionAuthChallengeDisposition, NSURLCredential *))completionHandler is handled for the client.

    However for WKWebView (what is apparently used here), the client needs to implement that delegate themselves. You should implement that method and use keychain methods to get what’s on the smart card."

    This missing feature is heavily disturbing our workload (over 5.000 Macs affected), since we are currently moving to Sharepoint.

    In an organisation that used strong authentication to access SharePoint we are using SmartCards to do so. 20. Acrobat Pro comments not appearing in Acrobat Online

    A single comment on a PDF, made by highlighting text in Adobe Acrobat Pro disappears when viewed in Adobe Acrobat Online.

    Multiple such comments, however, do show up. The Online application is mishandling the Acrobat Pro PDF that contains just one comment.
