1. Felt cheated by Adobe (Please refund my cancellation fee)

   I have been your subscriber for almost an year and paid every month. Now when I want to cancel my subscription. I have been fined "early cancellation fee" of 500. This is unfair and cheating. 2. Error loading PDF hosted in Dropbox

12. It would be great if it worked?

    I've been trying all day to submit forms, and every time I've received an error message saying the format is not recognized? Then I read a forum where everyone is saying that it does not work with Chrome? So then, I guess a Chromebook was not a good investment?
    Please make Adobe compatible? It appears to work, until trying to upload the file, which says it's a pdf file, which is accepted??
    I'm the consumer,not the developer, so I rely on you to know how to improve it...

16. The AI Pop-Up box is ALWAYS in the way

17. Not able to edit using browser extension

    We are constantly not able to edit using the web browser and this is causing severe workflow issues and delays.
    It does not work in Edge or Chrome. After clicking on Edit, nothing happens.
