  1. Can only edit, can't find a way to open a pdf file

    Just got the chrome extension and I wanted to open a pdf. I can't find any way to do so. I can do sooo much to this adobe acrobat tutorial page that I want, but I can't open anything from my pc. So bad.

  6. Every time I open anything in your browser add-in I get asked if I want a tour of it.

    Every time I open anything in your browser add-in I get asked if I want a tour of it, or to convert some other document, etc.

    Please make it so that it just opens my document so that I can read it and don't have to spend a few minutes closing dialogues every single time.

    It's too busy.
    I don't use Chrome to edit documents. The only thing I really need to do is delete the highlights coworkers place on the document from another program and print the thing.
    I also don't want to create an account, or use my existing account, when I'm at work.
    I didn't even want to do that to post this comment, but I had to.

  12. Cannot Print Password Protected Documents

    Every two weeks I receive my payroll statement, which is password protected. The browser extension does not allow me to print said statement, even after the correct password has been entered and the document has been opened.

  14. La última actualización es muy lenta y engorrosa. Un tercio de la pantalla son menús que no sirven casi nunca pero que salen siempre

    Retroceder a la versión anterior y mejorar la actual. Aunque suene raro, un poco de humildad da mejor resultado que seguir con lo que hay hasta que se consiga preparar un parche

  15. Chrome Extension is Useless

    STOP OPENING FILES IN THE CHROME EXTENSION!!!! For some reason, the Chrome Adobe extension is NOT as up to date as the desktop application I have access to; when I open files in the desktop application, they actually open, but when I open the same files in the Chrome extension half the pages have a "please wait" message that never goes away. If the files would simply open in the desktop application there would be no difficulty, at all. The Chrome extension SUCKS.

  18. "Print This File" button does NOT work

    Only "Print This File" button does NOT work at all. I use the recent ver. of Chrome and this Acrobat for Chrome on Monterey Ver. 12.6. This problem has not solved about a year, so I have to download each pdf file everytime I want to print them out.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

    "Open in desktop app" has been removed from the ribbon and hidden in the "more" button. Please bring open in desktop app back to the main page.

  20. Please add a quick PRINT shortcut button to the toolbar menu

    Right now in order to print a page, I need to go to the "more menu" and then select the print function. It would be nice to add a print icon shortcut directly to the toolbar
