   Upon installing and downloading my first file from the EDGE browser the program placed the item in an obscure location. It was named a string of characters (not your fault) that I had to attempt to remember. As a programmer and former systems auditor for a Fortune 500 company, the product must always be user-friendly. I would my experience a "Fail". Always assume that users aren't tech-savvy and/or that they value their time. Therefore, things should be made plain, simple, and as quick as possible because even tech-savvy people value time. If there is a legitimate reason for saving user items in an Application directory it would be better to assign it its own folder. Or direct it to the "DOWNLOAD" folder where WINDOWS directs many files that aren't provided a choice of location. The saved location where my file was buried, "This PC/Windows/Users/Millicent/Downloads". Afterwards, I searched and learned I could create a folder for the EDGE version of Acrobat files. Then WINDOWS allowed me to pin my newly created folder to the "Quick Access" sidebar. That was too much work and too much time spent on a task that should've taken 10 seconds, max. I was annoyed. Imagine an older user, how they'd feel. Someone is NEITHER earning their paycheck nor their seat in the room. But I'm confident they are rehabilitatable.

   Adobe Acrobat has lost it appeal as you have taken away many of the advantages of using it and are trying to make us all buy a full version. I'm just an individual user and it seems that you prefer not have us use your software. Very Sorry that management thinks this is the way to handle things.

    Allow users to configure the UI to suit their preferences. This really comes down to the fact that I hate the new layout of Adobe Reader. Navigation on the right is so unintuitive that it makes the product almost unusable.

    Also users to decide which items show up on the the left tool bar, and which show up on the right.

    No where readily findable, how to edit text size. This is like the 5th time I've encountered this and tried to figure out. Just really poor design.

16. Pause or log out for Lunch break. see Pg. 26 & 34

    O page 26 of the TELPAS manual, 13th bullet, it said "Students should pause their tests for breaks, including lunch breaks. "
    However on page 34 bullet 10th it said "For lunch breaks, instruct students to log out of the test."
    This is confusing. Do we log out for Lunch or we just pause.

18. Need to simplify the free version again.

    For the Love of God stop all those annoying things popping up each time I want to open a PDF. No, I don't want to log in. No I don't want to take a tour. No I don't care if there are different themes. No I do not want to provide feedback (until I get so sick of the stupid things popping up all the time). I just want to open files and print them. if I want to do anything else with it I will ask, I don't need the extension to tell me. Just wish there was another option than this.
