1. Give us a desktop version

   Just switched from the old desktop version to the new subscription version. The new version is horrible and takes longer to use. I don't want to use your cloud, my job has their own. I don't just want to see icons I don't use enough to know what they are, I want short descriptions like the old desktop version had. If I want setup to mirror my phone I would use it on my phone. Tools in random places is like a little kid set this thing up. Terrible.

7. Zoom doesn't work at all. I've tried the actual icon, using my mouse, and using CTRL keystrokes. Literally no change in zoom.

13. Hide floating toolbar

    PLEASE let us hide the stupid quick-select toolbar — if I want to switch tools, I'll open the toolbar again, but 99.9% of the time I just want to read the **** PDF and this floating toolbar is infuriating.

    Move the quick-select options to the right hand side where there's a permanent toolbar at all times anyway! Or the bottom, or the top, or behind a hamburger menu, or at the very very very least allow the floating toolbar to be moved or minimised, PLEASE

14. Performance/usability issues

    At more narrow screen sizes, the "download" button is removed. Also, the "AI button" is distracting and unnecessary - when I click it, it only says "Scanned files aren't currently supported". This is unhelpful, not "Intelligent" at all, and a waste of screen real estate. Good luck with your AI, I'm going to use a different extension that doesn't take so long to load.

15. Desktop App Button Hidden and Hardly Working

    It used to be so easy to open documents on the desktop app. Now I have to find the option and try it a dozen times to make it work. What did you do???
    I am on Chrome with the DuckDuckGo extension.

19. Poor quality of software

    There were numerous issues:
    1) When I launched merge too it indicated it couldn't be used until fully installed. There were 7-8 popups that required me to hit OK for and they were the exact same message. It took 5-10 mins until I could use the tool but no progress notification.
    2) I tried to merge several PDFs together and when completing the process it indicated a failure but no reason for it.
    3) I then tried an online tool and got a similar issue but it indicated that the failure was because the PDFs contained editable fields.
    4) I found a solution but a very time consuming one. I loaded each PDF with editable fields and printed it to PDF (to make them no longer contain editable fields). After I tried to merge the PDFs and it succeeded. The software should warn about the issue and describe the solution and what steps to take. It would be even better if the software could prompt to ask if this is what you want to do and do it for me.

    I must say that I'm very unimpressed with Adobe lately and will not be using its software when/if possible. I will instead use Chrome or Firefox PDF viewers and GIMP instead of Adobe Photoshop.

    Finally, I need to figure out how to make sure I don't get charged for trying out the free 7 day trial without getting charged. If that takes longer than 1 hour for me to figure out I'll be VERY uptight.
