  1. Frequently when trying to print a pdf using the Adobe Acrobat plugin, it just shows random characters instead of the actual document (see attached screenshot).
    It doesn't matter what printer I choose, even if I choose Adobe Acrobat PDF printer.
    So I have to save the pdf file, open it in Acrobat, then print it (a convoluted process).

  2. I have completely wasted my money!!!!! This program was supposed to enable me to convert a PDF file to a Word document, but IT DOES NOT WORK! The document I need to convert is a manuscript I need to submit to my publisher. I am very, VERY displeased!!!!!!!

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue. However, we are unable to reproduce the same at our end. Can you please share the document link with us , if its not confidential, so that we can try at our end and debug?

  3. Printing any Adobe Acrobat document to any printer shows that it is gust going to print jargon characters.
    See attached screenshots of what the document should look like and what it looks like if you try printing from the Acrobat extension. I have to download the document, then open it in Acrobat then print it to work.

  4. This Edge Extension does very often not lead the PDF, no idea why. Sometime it does, sometimes it seems to hang

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.
