  1. I clicked on a link from either Chrome or Adobe to open pdf s in Chrome using Adobe, but I hate it. I've tried to "uninstall" this change, but nothing works - neither in Chrome settings nor Adobe. This is extremely annoying. What can I do to undo this change??

    Hello Paulie,

Thank you for trying out Acrobat in Chrome and sharing your valuable feedback. While the blue banner can be dismissed using the cross (x) icon on the right, we understand the need for an option to turn it off altogether.

We will consider your request for one of our future updates.

    Thank you,
    Ashu Mittal

  3. I have links to specific pdf pages but they no longer work now that I have activated this feature. Additionally, opening the pdf files seems to take longer. I need to disable this feature but can't find how to.

    Hello Jay,

Sorry to hear that you are facing trouble opening PDFs in our experience. Would it be possible for you to share a couple of sample links for such PDFs that do not open or are taking longer? You could also send them to me at asmittal@adobe.com.

You can turn it off by clicking on the Acrobat icon in Chrome Extensions and turning off “Use Acrobat in Chrome” toggle. Please see attached screenshot.

    Thanks,
    Ashu Mittal, Adobe Acrobat

  6. Since Google chrome did away with cloud print and allowed for a printer attached to the same wi-fi to be used, the print for adobe reader app and extension has not worked. This needs to be fixed as there are many people with the same problem.

    Hi Shawnda,

Thank you so much trying out Acrobat in Chrome and sharing your feedback. We are actively considering addition of sharing capabilities. Meanwhile, you can save the file to Document Cloud from the overflow menu.

  12. It is awesome.

You need to add an additional feature of importing other files and combining with the Adobe Acrobat file. This feature should be there under the "Tools" Tab.

  14. I have acrobat pro DC. I also use "one drive" to save my documents (which includes pdf files) and gmail with chrome to transmit documents.
Recently I entered information on a fillable PDF form and needed to send it quickly to meet a deadline. If I did not have adobe, I would easily have met my deadline by saving the document to one drive and uploading it to gmail. I wasn't able to do that because the acdobe program grabbed it and required a download to "Document Cloud." Is there a way I can do that without. I do not…

  15. I have been your subscriber for almost an year and paid every month. Now when I want to cancel my subscription. I have been fined "early cancellation fee" of 500. This is unfair and cheating. I am cancelling because I am fed up of the technical issues with Adobe on Chrome. Absolutely disgusting. Please refund my cancellation fee,

  16. You should be able to at least preview, and preferably open, portfolio PDFs from Google Drive using the Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive app, without having to download the file(s).

  17. Loading pages sequentially and showing the pages that have already been loaded in a partially loaded pdf would be nice, so we can start reading while it is loading

  18. It sure would be nice to be able to paste an image into a comment in an Adobe Acrobat document.
For example we are constantly using images in our brochures and promotional pieces. Some of these images are in a layout formation that we would like to duplicate, but in the proofing stage there is no way to indicate this in a comment. It has to be attached separately, using an identifier within the comment. "See Diagram A" and them rather than cut & paste, save the image, use naming nomenclature being referenced in document, and attach to e-mail since…

  19. It seems a real disadvantage that the URL is not useful, and can't be copy/pasted into a chat or email. For example, for this Adobe paper, here is the URL: chrome-extension://memepcobodlebmohdlfnjiaalggfcpic/viewer.html?pdfurl=https://arxiv.org/pdf/2012.09365.pdf
