Thank you for your feedback. Sign button represents the signing action, once it's clicked, the signing process for that participant is complete. Can you please provide more details on how your clients sign the documents prior to clicking on Sign button?

About the email bouncing, have you tried replacing the recipient after you get the notification that email bounced?
