We regret the inconvenience caused.
But we are not able to reproduce this issue in house and need following details to get it resolved -
1. What is your Adobe Acrobat application version?
2. From when you are facing this issue? If it is working fine earlier and is a recent break, can you please share machine or application update details (if any).
3. Are you using some network proxy? If yes, can you check after disabling it.
4. Can you please try to Sign Out and sign-in again ? Please share your findings if you are still unable to use Document Cloud services.Waiting for your response.

Sorry to hear that you are facing problems while accessing Document Cloud services. This problem was because of some critical outage of the services.Could you please try the following steps -
1. Sign Out. (For Reader - Click on User Name from top right to sign out. For Acrobat - Go to Help Menu and Sign Out)
2. Quit Reader/Acrobat DC application and relaunch it.
3. Now Sign In again.
4. Try to access the Document Cloud.
Please share your observations with us.

If you want to install Acrobat without DC functions you can install Acrobat through Customization wizard.

Do you want to remove 'Document Cloud' entry from storage or all Document Cloud Services like 'Sent', 'Send& Track' etc.?
Also can you please provide details of your Acrobat DC version.

Thanks for taking the time out to write to us regarding this issue.
It would be great if you could help us with the following queries so that we can look into this -
1) Can you please specify version of Adobe Reader.
2) Can you please specify the location/Country name associated with your Adobe ID.
3) If its United States, please sign in to https://assets.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and then re Sign In into Adobe Reader. This will add a Creative Cloud storage tab in Adobe Reader DC.Thanks,

Yes, 64 bit IE plugin in not delivered with Adobe Acrobat XI but we have provided the requested functionality with Adobe Acrobat DC.
Request you to please upgrade to latest Adobe Acrobat DC version.
