where is my cloud dox?
Heres an idea: make it easy for people to tell you how this products is screwed up. for 4 hours my document cloud storage was disappearing one at a time from my 7 devices. then i couldnt upload anything to my doc storage cloud, now none of its even there! why do i have to chat about that? im furious! why cant i just send a fraggle rockin email about this? then someone send me an email back on how to fix it? i have no time to chat w you while i explain it and you eventually get it. why do i have to solve this problem on YOUR time? do me a solid- look up my email and tell me where the eff my documents stored on adobes cloud went! i need several of them now now now, sorry- more like 5 hours ago! i pay for that service so i can access dox at anytime- its kind of like the one thing that should NEVER go wrong! i only put stuff on the cloud if theres a chance im going to need it IMMEDIATELY. CRIPES THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS SYSTEM FOR THE CUSTOMERS

Hi,
Sorry to hear that you are facing problems while accessing Document Cloud services. This problem was because of some critical outage of the services.Could you please try the following steps -
1. Sign Out. (For Reader - Click on User Name from top right to sign out. For Acrobat - Go to Help Menu and Sign Out)
2. Quit Reader/Acrobat DC application and relaunch it.
3. Now Sign In again.
4. Try to access the Document Cloud.

Same problem. Did anyone ever contact you? Or have any answers??? I, too, needed (& still need) access to these documents. This is making me look BAD BAD BAD--when I'm very organized, always had access to everything I needed at my fingertips, on every device. I have no explanation(s) now to account for my inability to retrieve what I'm depending on for my job. Whatever was changed was obviously not tested thoroughly.

I agree as I am having the same problem and need to access time-sensitive documents that I placed on my Document Cloud. Now I have to find a suitable explanation for my client that won't push them away...
