   Incase, there are some necessary features where you need the shortcut controls. please provide the details for those areas and we’ll try to resolve it in the future.

   I really wish they would add this feature. It has been requested a few times since at least 2017, but they do not feel it's a popular enough request. You mentioned Foxit PDF Reader already; custom shortcuts are available in PDF-Xchange Editor, too. This should be standard.
