  2. When using "Fill & Sign", I was able to input both Japanese and alphanumeric characters directly, but suddenly, only Japanese is reflected in the small IME window (aka "green arrow") that appears in the upper left corner of the screen, and it is not reflected in a given location in the PDF unless converted and entered.

I am using it on Windows 10, but it seems to be occurring on Windows 11 and other versions as well.

Please figure out the cause and fix the program.

  9. Hi, I have a PDF document that have digital signature. After updated to the latest version, on the signature says this document has been altered or corrupted. But when I see previous version that not certified, this signature is normal. It never happened on the previous version of Adobe.

  10. I use Adobe Acrobat DC 64 Bit to sign documents digitally. When I open a previously signed document, and use the document's bookmarks before signing the document myself, all previous signatures are shown to be invalid after signing and saving the PDF. Looks like using bookmarks is handled as document modification, although it is just normal usage.

  11. Every time I send a document to sign. It always ask the client to review and sign. But that langue is extremely aggressive and literal losses me clients all the time. Because no one wants to push a button that says sign before even reading what's in the document.

Can you just change it to review.

Getting people to read a document is hard enough, I don't need a program giving them a built in excuse not to open it

  12. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrocef-rdrcef-errors.html provides admins a method to close RdrCEF process when Reader has problems working with digital signatures. Users are unable to stop this process and with this in mind, can Reader be developed so that it terminates this process periodically, as it tends to start up when Reader is launched. Please note that this process is either in background processes or as a child process of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, which on Windows 10 makes it a little tricky to locate immediately. If user is unable to unload this process, then it prevents users being able to digitally sign PDF…

  13. Reader DC bug: It says my certified signature is invalid, because document was modified, even if I save the edited document before signing. This problem was not happening on previous versions. It should only be considered modified, if I edit the document after signing.

  14. Quickbooks error code H202 appears due to a terminating server connection, which is a multi-user mode error. The H202 error indicates that the company file is stored on an external device that the user's computer cannot access. It shows that the server requires assistance to connect. A user also cannot access or open files on other computers.
Sometimes, this error occurs, mainly due to connectivity issues. Quickbooks cannot establish a connection with the original file destination and is unable to open the file. Multiple file uses aren't possible in this case due to security reasons.

  15. i need to have 2 different type of signature ie one drawn using personal name and one drawn using company name. Presently this is not allowed as one can only have one drawn signature per account.

there should be a feature to allow for multiple signatures in one account as different document requires different signature.

Am not sure why we are allowed to create namy digital signatures when one can only have one drawn signature at any one time.

    please add this feature.

  16. hello, as you know, SHA-224 consists of six functions, 256, 384, 512, 512/224, 512/256, 256 and 512. But it encrypts with adobe acrobat sha 256. In my country, only 256 algorithm is not used. However, only 256 encryptions are made in Adobe. In my country, there are 384 sha encryption generators among the e-signature certificates produced by e-signature companies. I have the sha256 certificate, I can use it, but I cannot use the sha384 certificate. Having a method that supports or selects all sha values in your software will provide a great opportunity for both the development of your software…

  17. If addressbook.acrodata is generated by updating Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL), EUTL will be corrupted. The default behavior of Adobe Reader when opening a signed document for the first time is to prompt for update of AATL. This causes EUTL to stop working and can only be solved by deleting addressbook.acrodata and update EUTL and AATL in the correct order.

    Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1. Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
    2. Open a document signed with an EUTL certificate.
    3. Accept the prompt for Trust Certificates Update.

    Environment:
Freshly installed clean VM with Windows 10 20H2(19042.985)
    Adobe Acrobat Reader…

  19. Currently when you add an image of your signature already prepared with a transparent background, Reader will discard the transparency and crop the signature. The result looks good on white backgrounds only and even there only when not overlapping any lines.
Please add support for using sinatures with transparency untouched.
