An error occurred while saving the comment B Spiller commentedThere is an inherent limitation of E-SIgn in managing documents to be signed. While E-Sign does help manage what is in the E-Sign flow, there is no assistance in managing the work flow of documents to be signed. Part of this issue is in the limitations to Bulk sending.
If a user has many documents to be signed, I'm working with ~300, each must be submitted for E-Sign individually because the Bulk method is not designed for the scenario. That means I have to log them on a spreadsheet. I can review the sent box of my email client, but not being able to get the data of documents sent directly from Adobe is disappointing.
With so many, this will take days. Considering interruptions will occur, the tracking of the task to avoid duplicate and missed request becomes a real concern.B Spiller supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment B Spiller commentedThere is not always a need to force a new save file/name.
The file is being appended with additional PDF that need redacting. The original file name is the desired file. There is no need to force or ask to save to a new file.
Currently, I am forced to perform the Save and Overwrite the file.
This is inefficient. -

Now you can delete any selected file from Recent list with the latest releases of Acrobat DC.
Let us know if your issue gets resolved with latest releases. An error occurred while saving the comment B Spiller commentedUnfortunately you cannot remove multiple items easily from the Recents List. Deleting one-at-a-time is not as efficient as it could be.
While it is possible to delete multiple, that is limited to 5 as selecting more causes the "Remove..." option to disappear.
Also, each item must be clicked individually instead of being able to select a range. The viewable items is limited due to the formatting of the list. That is a lot of white-space, especially when compared to Windows File Viewer that everybody already uses.
This is important for reviewing and commenting on a document.
Being able to see different sections at the same time is essential in comparing the "facts" indicated on a document or comment on what is similar/different where there is an issue.
This is akin to the fulfilled capabilities in MS Word. While a PDF could be opened in Word for the viewing capabilities, the features of Acrobat are the desired editing, redacting... etc for the document at this stage.
