An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedI have a client who used Adobe Sign for all their employee paperwork until Adobe raised the price so high it became prohibitive for them. I can't imagine the flames that would be coming out of them if this happened before they cancelled their account. This is totally unacceptable!!!!!
An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedI see this revision failure as a complete ignorance on the part of ADOBE to the ramifications of legal contracts that all of us users use Adobe Sign for. By dissing the interface we've used for years, they have thrown out the ability to have these legally, digitally signed contracts for any transactions we've conducted between ourselves, who are business owners, and our clients. Total disregard for the purpose of this function all because of WHAT. Who made this decision anyway? Obviously from the negative comments ADOBE has received, this wasn't well thought out or received.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedMangesh, let us know as soon as the switch back is available. I have to say this is one of the worst things Adobe has ever done. Very little real life research from actual users went into the changeover.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedC.W., I wish I could access the old interface. It's not available on my account, even when I use the same URL for Adobe Sign as I used before. It defaults to the new interface.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedC.W., I am in COMPLETE agreement with you. I don't know who Adobe uses to make recommended changes to their app interfaces, but in my past experience, the users are never consulted. I was shocked to find out everything had been changed only when accessing the app to send a contract for signature. There was never any notification. I've lost all record of my previous contracts, many from 2018 alone. They are just GONE!!!!
An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedAneta, I couldn't have expressed my feelings better. This is typical of Adobe. I use Dreamweaver on a constant basis and they are always messing with it by removing functions we use.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kay Guenther/Website Solutions Company commentedYatin, Apparently the recommendations you got to make the interface changes wasn't from those of us who use Adobe Sign, as I see many complaints expressing displeasure with this new interface. Why is Adobe always changing what works for us. I can't delete draft documents. I don't see a way to send out reminders. I've lost most of my signed documents, many of which were from earlier this year. The Manage documents is gone. All of these are functions I relied upon. If you aren't willing to to revert to the former interface, there are other venues available to us to use.

Dean, Thank you for listening and re-adding the ability to access the Adobe Sign Manage page. Now if you'll make this permanent, I think it will go a long ways to restoring our feelings about Adobe. It's good too to see that my signed documents back to 2014 are still in the Manage page.
