Can you go in to EDIT your reminders, e.g., from a daily reminder to weekly? It doesn't see that Adobe gives you that option. Thanks!

I'm trying so hard to do these documents but since I can't download it into my app there's nothing I can do

As of about an hour ago, the ability to use the Adobe Sign Manage page has been added to the Document Cloud "For Signature" page. Thank you for the feedback that we have received, even when you tell us that we did the wrong thing. You guys help to make sure that we are honest in what we do.

Thank you for turning on the reminders. Can you also bring back the "manage" tab? And is there a way when files are uploaded with both portrait and landscape pages for content to not be lost? In this new version it only uploads the portrait portion of the landscape page whereas the old Adobe Sign was able to handle this.

I understand business like to make changes, however, it hurts when the product is used for business and functions and features disappear causing more work and duplicate work when you realize it doesn't work. ;-(

Reminders should now be available. You can click on the checkbox on the left hand side of the document on the file list, which should show you a list of actions you can take on the document. Click on the "Reminder" action to view your existing reminders, delete your reminder, or add another reminder.

Argh. I am so sorry. I was just informed that there was a bug for reminders that they are actively trying to fix as soon as possible. I will reply back to here when I am told it is fixed

Hi Julie,

If you are looking at a screen that shows the list of the document (recent, for signature, search results), and you hover over one of them, you should get a checkbox to appear on the left hand side. When you check the checkbox, then a panel shows, like there was in the manage page, that allows you the functionality that you had in the right hand side of the manage page. One of the options here is to set a reminder.

The new Adobe Sign format is fine IMO but regardless, we do need to be able to send reminders on unsigned documents. Please!
