Thank you for the feedback. There are 2 ways you can change the assignee of a field:
1) Right click on the field and select Edit. Select the assignee from the 'Assigned To' dropdown
2) In the right hand panel select the assignee from the 'RECIPIENTS' dropdown. Drag and drop the field on the documentPlease feel free to write back if you still face issues.

Thank you for the feedback. To move PDF files:
1) Navigate to Home Page
2) Click Documents in the top navigation bar, you will be navigated to the Manage Page.
3) Click Your Documents in the left hand panel, the list of all files will be displayed
4) Hover the cursor on the file you want to move, a checkbox will be displayed
5) Select the checkbox, a right hand panel will be displayed with the option moveTo check your agreements that are out for signature:
1) Navigate to Home Page
2) Click Documents in the top navigation bar, you will be navigated to the Manage Page.
3) Click In Progress in the left hand panel, the list of all agreements that have been sent for signature will be displayedTo save a signed agreement to your computer:
1) Navigate to Home Page
2) Click Documents in the top navigation bar, you will be navigated to the Manage Page.
3) Click Completed in the left hand panel, the list of all agreements that have been completed will be displayed
4) Select the agreement you want to save, a right hand panel will be displayed with the option Download PDFWe do not provide the option to delete an agreement but you can hide it which will remove it from your view. To hide an agreement:
1) Navigate to Home Page
2) Click Documents in the top navigation bar, you will be navigated to the Manage Page.
3) Click All agreements in the left hand panel, the list of all agreements will be displayed
4) Select the agreement you want to delete, a right hand panel will be displayed with the option HidePlease feel free to write back if you still face issues.

1) Navigate to home
2) In the top navigation bar click Documents
3) In the Documents page click All Agreements in the left hand panel
4) Select the agreement you want to delete, a right hand panel will be displayed

Thank you for the feedback. Please use the following steps to Fill & Sign the Document Cloud file
1) Navigate to home
2) In the Recents tab select the document, a right hand panel will be displayed
3) In the panel click Fill & Sign
4) You will be navigated to Me-Others page which will ask 'Who needs to fill and sign', click Me

By web form do you mean Template (please refer to the attached screenshot). If yes, please follow the below steps:
1) Navigate to home page
2) In the navigation bar click on Sign
3) On the Sign page click on Create a Template.If no, could you please share the steps you used to follow in the older UI.

Thank you for the feedback. Could you please share the steps that you are following which leads to the server error page.
Also, could you please check whether you are using password protected pdf for the document. Password protected pdf is not allowed to be sent for signature.
