Unsupported file

More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached

    Hi Brian,
    The team checked the file and found that it is password protected for editing. In order to use the file for Fill & Sign you will have to remove the password security.
