url or code for web form
Please update your tutorial for web forms. The new sign interface is not user friendly. The old version was easy to get code or a url for a website. Can't find it anywhere now and your tutorial shows the old interface

You had a LEGACY_PRO account which was migrated to PRO_DOC_CLOUD account last month on January 15. The web form capability is not available post migration as described in the helpx https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/subscription-update-faq.htmlRegards,
