  1. My word doc is several pages (10+) long and does have color and charts on each page.
I would expect that after 10 minutes, the word doc could be converted, but it is taking much longer than that and will not work

  2. Combining PDF's does not work in Version 2018.009.20050 on windows. States it is missing files and attempts to go to repair mode but that does not fix it. Support could not resolve either.

    2. Open Excel file, go to Home, then select Save as Adobe PDF, in the dialogue select the sheet to print and also set "Export sheet to single page" (translated from german Excel)
    3. After the PDF has been created, it opens Acrobat to show the PDF. In Excel, the file is closed and it pops up a requester "Name conflict" with "Old name: _FilterDatabase".

  5. REALLY BAD BUG: when exporting InDesign files with File hyperlinks, Acrobat DC destroys link by adding an extra 'File:' at link beginning, plus add'l %20 scattered throughout address, so that the link will only work if it is edited in DC. What a waste of time!

  9. when I export from InDesign to PDF, a fine white line is around the edge of the PDF file. Can't find settings to fix this; it's new as of my updated software. I am on a Mac and use OS Sierra. I use update Adobe software via the cloud. Please look at the photo at the top of the page. Can't seem to eliminate the fine white line.

    Hi

We are unable to see any fine white line in the attached PDF with Acrobat DC. Moreover, the PDF seems to be created from InDesign, so if you continue to face this issue, please reach out for help on InDesign forum.

    Thanks
    Tanvi

  11. I am using Acrobat XI Pro. When I convert Word forms to pdf, part or all of some of the border lines in tables is covered up by white lines. I have to go into Tools>Content Editing>Edit Text & Images, enlarge the file to about 200%, and delete each white line to get the border line to show up completely or at all. I have hundreds of forms to create and maintain in my job, and whatever is going on needs to be fixed or explained because I don't have time to delete white lines covering the borders each time…

  13. The first problem is when combining Word or Excel files into a pdf For instance, when the file is converted from Word, using Adobe, if the Word document has unprotected fields filled in, the information will not be converted into the pdf file, it is left blank in the pdf file. The file will be converted but not all filled in fields in the docx file will show in the converted document

    1. I need to combine multiple large files of different formats- pdfs, landscape + portrait, word files with multiple page breaks/sections; some landscape & portrait. I downloaded the trial wanting to try this out, willing to pay for a high quality product to get this job done right. I was disappointed after mere tests of a couple of small files the combine pdfs command crashes every time without fail.
    2. Mac OSX 10.12.5
    3. Easily compiled files into pdf and an option to create a test fortmat (not the bookmarks solution) table of contents easily after combining.

  18. Bug Report: Not all content is captured when creating PDF from web page (SharePoint site)

When using Create>PDF from Web Page, it usually works fine. However, when I try to use this function on a SharePoint site, the right side of the page gets cut off. I have resized the page, and it makes no difference. It is not an issue with the width of the page. The right 1/3 of the content is obscured with a white bar, even if the page size is twice as wide as it needs to be. I have tried this with various SharePoint…
