  1. Extract fonts from PDF files

    Sometimes PDF files contain fonts that is not currently installed, so I have to use another font which doesn't look nice. It is a good idea that Adobe Acrobat can extract those fonts.

    For embedded fonts, user have the rights to view the font but not use them for editing. Extracting the fonts give access to use them for editing as well. Therefore, for legal reasons, Adobe cannot extract the fonts. You must have purchased a font and have it installed on your system to use it.

  2. Fraud! You are selling products under button "free trial"

    I was trying to get trial but was charged for buying it (which I did not plan) and you don't have customer support AT ALL!

    Hi Anna,

    We state that first seven days are free and only after a week we start charging for Acrobat. In those initial seven days you have the option to cancel your auto purchase.

  3. Love Adobe X1 Pro now looking for alternatives not interested in your subscription services I have read enough bad reviews

    Paid for updates as opposed to overpriced over featured subscription service. Whilst subscription is a great idea for your bottom line at the moment, in the long term people will like myself be put off and a rival will appear to take fill the vacuum = "It is far easier to keep an existing customer than to find a new one, once you lose a customer you will never get them back"

Apparently Adobe isn’t worth the trouble it used to be, and you think I would consider buying. ****, based on this experience, I wouldn’t even recommend to my IT department for them to buy for me.

    I'm a retired Veteran with a fixed income and now I have to find other options and or alternative software.
    Why don't you have some kind of consideration or options?

  8. Request: ability to remotely see a list of all computers using a license and then sign out a single computer

    For example: I have a license for two computers. Sometimes while traveling, I need to use Acrobat Pro DC on my laptop. While attempting to activate Acrobat on this laptop, I receive a warning that both licenses are in use. Only two options are available: (1) log out both licenses. Not acceptable - I only want to log out one of the active licenses, not both. OR (2) log out one of the licenses manually. But this is impossible since I am not in front of either computer.

    So again, I would like the ability to view both active computers…

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future. In the meantime if you want to use Acrobat on deactivated PC, you will simply need to sign in again on that PC.

  9. Problem: Unable to validate serial number printed on CD cover

    I purchased a sealed copy of Adobe Acrobat 11.0 from Ebay. There was no evidence of tampering and the serial number printed on the CD cover cannot be validated. I am disappointed that Adobe is not validating the boxed product.

  10. Ability for customers and even your support staff to be able to search with partial serial numbers

    Users be able to search with partial serial numbers to find products - find it hard to believe in this day and age that this is not possible by customers or support staff

  11. PDF doesn't open on first start (double click)

    I've found out a problem with Acrobat XI Pro. When you create a new user account where Acrobat never has been started and you try to double click a PDF file it only starts Acrobat and doesn't open the PDF directly. You have to double click the PDF a second time to get it opened.

    OS Version: Windows 10 1703, Acrobat Version: 11.0.20

    Is there a possibility to fix this problem?

  13. Adobe Professional 8 for Mac

    With the cost of software I would think that Adobe would continue to provide a download link for Adobe Professional 8 for Mac. I would not upgrade to another version only to be told that it is no longer supported in a few years

    I was told I had no products. I entered the 24 digit # of my Acrobat product and was told: This serial number has already been registered. Products can only be registered once.

    After moving adobe pro 8 from a broken computer to a win10 computer the program is activated as
    <Removed Sr. No. by Admin>.

    When opening the program it take a minute to receive the message that licensing is not possible due to internet connections, Java script.
    What to do?
