I'm a retired Veteran with a fixed income and now I have to find other options and or alternative software.
Why don't you have some kind of consideration or options?

This is an Adobe Acrobat bug report / feature request page. A retired veteran needs Acrobat for his daily life? Adobe's approach is for business use, that's why the monthly plans and those service fees you mention I don't know of atm what they are supposed to be.
