Fraud! You are selling products under button "free trial"
I was trying to get trial but was charged for buying it (which I did not plan) and you don't have customer support AT ALL!

Hi Anna,
We state that first seven days are free and only after a week we start charging for Acrobat. In those initial seven days you have the option to cancel your auto purchase.

I truly had someone use my Apple ID to purchase fraudulent charges as though they were going through Apple. They were not charging on Apple but rather using my Amex to purchase websales for something. I don't know what the heck they are or were doing but I have never used that Amex for my Adobe account for years. I am really disappointed in Adobe and the other piece is that Amex had a site for Adobe Inc but you clicked on it and it went to a land surveyor in San Jose. I have been the Adobe Bldg in SFO and it's beautiful. I think people need to really assure they talk to to a licensed agent with Adobe. Get their name id number etc. and ensure you get your license id. All cloud files dumped.
