My form keeps getting messed up when I try to download as a PDF and none of the information I fill in saves properly

I hate PDFs
I can't modify my document. 3 pages and it always says it's still loading. All I want to do is sign a PDF without having to print and re-scan.

Missing signed documents
I was prompted to make an account so i could see documents i signed from work, but apparently Adobe just mines data and has no purposeful use. I will complain to the merchant who directed me here

Adobe Sign Automated Setup Changes
There must have been some update to adobe sign which prevents automatic field recognition? It worked previously, but I know there was a revamp in the online document management system.
Is there any best practice guides to getting the automatic signatures to line up when sending?

Documents to sign wont appear after upload
Trying to sign documents but when I upload them to sign they screen stays blank

can't upload a jpg with my signature
can't Add a Signature from an Image taken with a mobile phone. I've never encountered such a problem previously.
The file size is 56kb, the file is a jpg, unlocked.
The same image always worked when using Acrobat on previous devices (Mac)4 votes -
Failure to Save/No save function
The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

Does not open documents
Adobe opens documents however then attempts to login to the site and glitches then closes the document. I have found the only way to open a document is to login then save the document then open it. Very disappointed that I paid a subscription for an extremely glitchy non effective product.

Last 'sign' button poorly labelled.
Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).

Missing filled text boxes
The online editor is not working. When I download filled PDF. I can see only two of my filled text boxes. Others are just missing..

Text/Numbers Altered
Had a recent issue occur multiple times with a document sent for review and signature. The text/numbers change on the signer's end. Only way to catch this is to download the document and reopen it. Anyone else have this issue?

This product needs work.
Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

Adobe Acrobat Crashers with Fill & Sign, Online only Uses Black Color Only
Give option for different colors on Fill & Sign on Adobe Acrobat Online, all documents only showing in black and white

Are you requesting different colors for data you're filling in the form fields? When you said "all documents only showing in black and white" do you mean the entire document is in black and white or just the form fields? Documents with different text colors should be rendered with the colors on Fill & Sign. Please provide a screenshot (and a test document if possible), if documents with text in colors are not displayed correctly.

digital signature and certificates not usable in adobe sign
I donot understand inspite of being able to create a digital signature and even 3rd party digital signatures, why is it not possible to use them in adobe sign , it is a very weak proposition when the very purpose of the digitization of signatures is defeated by the platform that was created for it....it is down right silly

acrobat useless to us now.....
Why am I paying money for a program that offers all sorts of editing but can't do the simplest of tasks which is to rotate a pdf to be able to fill in signature and other fields. Our business purchased this program specifically to be able to sign an edit pdfs and now it is useless to us!!!

You suck
I uploaded a PDF to sign, but when I get in here you display a message: "This document cannot be edited". But you do not explain why. It's a PDF and I need to sign it. I thought I would give you another chance before I discontinue this lousy service but you continue to disappoint. I refuse to continue this service when it never works for me and any other edit feature you want more money for. I will resort to the old fashion print and sign before I give you any more money.
