Missing signed documents

I was prompted to make an account so i could see documents i signed from work, but apparently Adobe just mines data and has no purposeful use. I will complain to the merchant who directed me here

    Can you please provide details on the issue you encountered? Is there a particular email/username used? What documents were missing and did you encounter any errors?
