NEW WEBSITE IS AWFUL
I have been trying to send an agreement for 2 hours. I followed your instructions on your website. I get to the part where I fill it out.....it treats it like I am editing the template and not actually filling out the agreement. Your new site sucks

New Interface SUCKS!!!
I loathe this new interface. LOATHE it!!! It's made it exceedingly difficult to see who I sent documents to. Instead of having everything viewable like on the dashboard it takes forever to find anything. Change it back!

Adobe Sign doesn't work and support is giving me nonsense steps to as if the issues is on my end. Cut the crud Adobe- Own and FIX the issue!
Adobe Sign still doesn't work. I signed up for this subscription specifically for this feature and it hasn't worked for weeks. Adobe should offer some significant consideration for what is at best inconvenience. If this was a car, it'd be like everything looks and works as advertised while sitting in the parking lot, but when you go to drive- it doesn't move. Useless

Replace Current Signer is GONE!
Can no longer change current signer with the latest update. This is incredibly inconvenient for situations where someone provides an email with a firewall that does not accept adobe sign emails or simply the user provides the wrong email address. This was such a simple process in the last version.
Also the layout is so difficult to navigate. Sure it looks cleaner but the accordion layout with all the different categories was so simple to get to what I needed fast.

Adobe Sign just not good
The best way to improve the new product experience is to bring back the old produce experience for Adobe sign.
So much slower to get where you need to be, harder to do multiple/consecutive documents, I still can't find where the completed documents are, no navigation on the screen, need to rely on back buttons in the browser. Really badly thought out.1 vote -

Loading Adobe SIgn ant timing out. Unless I completely close out my browser and re-open it. THIS SUCKS.

Frustration at new platform
Why do I constantly receive the "Adobe sign is not available at this time" ever since the platform changed recently, it is frustrating!!!

HORRIBLE new interface problems
Wow. This is pathetic. I figured out how to at least be able to send more than one stupid contract. YOU HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR BROWSER ENTIRELY and come back in. That is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

New release is Garbage
this new site is complete garbage. Every document I click on sends me to the logon page when I click the review and sign button. Did this go through anything that resembles QA?

Not happy
If you have to leave a document and return to it during prefill, there is apparently no way to actually return to prefill. I had to look something up and when I came back, it was loading Adobe. Forever. I went back to the sign in menu, and now I cannot access the document. This new interface is really problematic, not intuitive, and not at all a welcome change.

Trying to Cancel. Both options are "Close" ??? See attached picture
I am trying to cancel an agreement we no longer need signed electronically. My two options are "Close" and "Close". What is this? Which one is Cancel or Accept Changes or Proceed? Both options are Close. That means close the pop-up? Close the agreement? This new interface is terrible and the flaws keep exposing themselves the more I try to use it.

Update is verschikkelijk
Helaas krijg ik nu na de update vaak niet de mogelijkheid om in het document in te vullen velden toe te voegen en gaat dit dus verkeerd.
Hoe kan ik nu naar de beheer & dasboard pagina van Adobe Sign?

WORST. UPDATE. EVER. Why am I paying for this?
WORST ... UPDATE ... EVER. I'm absolutely shocked at how badly the send & track feature has been ruined. Clearly this has been done by someone who has never used the program. I'm really disappointed in Adobe and this is so bad that someone should go to jail for presenting this and then implementing it.
Not sure where to start - trying to work with this has rendered me as incoherent as this "update". So I'll bullet point - and yes, I know that no one reads this feedback, so this experience is self-therapy:
