For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Make the download button work! When selecting to download my file it will only ;et me do so if it is compressed. I don't want or need the file compressed every time. When selecting the "This PDF" option the option is unselected and nothing happens. This is extremely frustrating!

  3. When it is downloading a pdf format in compressed/combined form, the pdf is not downloading for some reasons and it is always needing me to compress it again, resulting in a lower quality presentation. How can I fix this?

    I have been a loyal customer of Adobe for the past 25 years, consistently recommending your services to my clients as the leading solution in the creative and digital industry. However, I must express my deep disappointment with the direction your services have taken in recent times.

    While I appreciated the addition of the AI assistant in Acrobat PDF, a tool that greatly enhanced my workflow, I was shocked to discover that it is now locked behind an additional paywall.     Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts with us! However, the Assistant has an option to enter your question. I've attached a screenshot highlighting the input field.



  7. I'm not sure what was done to adobe - but it does not let me add text boxes (or a signature) anymore and only wants me to edit the document. Whatever was done is definitely NOT an upgrade and adobe is no longer user-friendly.

  10. Hi, My name is Judith. I have a file that i need to delete permanently and I can not do it. I need help. It contains information of students and it is not safe to have it in this account. Please help me delete it permanently. The name of the file is the death of the salesman. It has all the emails of people added to it. Not good.     Hi Judith,

    To delete any file:

    1) Navigate to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/

    2) select the file you want to delete. You will see a board will oepn on right hand side having delete option.

    3) Select delete and a confirmation dialog will open up.

    4) Select delete again and file would be deleted permanently


    To delete multiple files, first, choose all the files you wish to remove and then click on the delete option located in the right-hand side panel. Please be aware that you cannot delete shared and personal files simultaneously. However, you can delete all shared files at once and likewise for personal files.

    To delete shared file, follow above steps.

  11. There is a glitch in Adobe sign. Approvers are able to hit start and it activates the click to approve button without initialing the document.

    Hi Alex Ramirez,

    Thanks for asking and give as the opportunity to help you. The Approver would be able to "Approve" the document when all the required fields are filled, if there's no required field, the user can click to approve without filling any field. To make a field required, after adding the field to the document, there's two ways to find the "required" checkbox, one is by double clicking on the desired field, on left hand panel the option would be available. The other way is by using left click over the field, this would display a context menu, which has the option.

  12. I find doing simple things, like uploading my tax documents, and then emailing them to my accountant, too difficult to navigate.

    I don't use Adobe frequently so it takes me a long time to figure out a simple thing like sending documents

  16. why does adobe say 'sign in to convert pdf to word for FREE' then after you sign in, ask you to select a payment plan in order to convert your documents. This is false advertising. You should fix it, instead of misleading your consumer base. If you state that the free trial IS the 'free' service offered, it is still very misleading as the trial is only for 7 days then it is no longer free.

  17. How do I add multiple signers?

    I want them to sign the same document in different places. The add a signer seems to be missing. I do not want everyone to be person 1. I need person 1, 2 and 3
