For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I sign a document and immediately it is sent to Adobe servers without my permission, so I have to come to the Adobe site to search for and delete the file... then... return to Adobe Acrobat and save the file to my computer. I have a lot of documents I have to sign and this rigamarole is a pain in the a**. I did not ask to have anything saved to Adobe's website and frankly it's also an invasion of privacy by hijacking my documents instead of saving them like the app should.

  2. What a disastrous way to sign in ending up in a loop despite putting in correct code, having the auth app etc. Looking at Docusign now instead and cancelling Adobe completely.

  3. I can't modify my document. 3 pages and it always says it's still loading. All I want to do is sign a PDF without having to print and re-scan.

  4. The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

    Are you still seeing the issue? It'd help us on investigating the problem if you could provide more details. Which tool were you using? Did you see the issue with any PDF or a particular PDF? Could you share the document with us?

  6. MAY I KNOW WHY ADOBE E-SIGNATURE IS NOT SENDING THE SIGNATURE REQUEST TO EMAIL GIVEN? I'VE TRIED DO MANY TIMES. THIS IS REALLY MAKE ME UPSET AS I'M UNABLE TO RECEIVE E-SIGN APPROVAL AND IT CAUSE DELAY IN MY WORK AS TO DO IT MANUALLY. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE BEFORE. PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS A.S.A.P!

  7. Rarely do I use your E-signature feature that it isn't frustrating. My client gave me an incorrect email address. Today, he contacted me and corrected it, so I added a recipient. IT HASN'T RESENT and there isn't an option to "RESEND".

    Hi Brent,

    Could you please let us know the name of the agreement that you encountered this problem so we can investigate? We checked your recent transactions in November and it seems all have been signed except one that has recipient email bounced.

  9. Why can I not the e-signature to work? I have used this several times and now all of a sudden it will not work. I have uninstalled adobe and reinstalled and still not working.

  12. There must have been some update to adobe sign which prevents automatic field recognition? It worked previously, but I know there was a revamp in the online document management system.

    Is there any best practice guides to getting the automatic signatures to line up when sending?

  13. Adobe opens documents however then attempts to login to the site and glitches then closes the document. I have found the only way to open a document is to login then save the document then open it. Very disappointed that I paid a subscription for an extremely glitchy non effective product.

  14. Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this).

  15. I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  18. Had a recent issue occur multiple times with a document sent for review and signature. The text/numbers change on the signer's end. Only way to catch this is to download the document and reopen it. Anyone else have this issue?

  19. I was prompted to make an account so i could see documents i signed from work, but apparently Adobe just mines data and has no purposeful use. I will complain to the merchant who directed me here

  20. Valid emails are bouncing when trying to use Adobe Sign. I've tried canceling. Resaving and resending. Etc. Been happening since late yesterday.
