  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I've created a form field overlay template, and applied it to a document, but instead of overlaying the form fields in the document, it opens the document I was working with when I created the form field overlay template. What am I missing?

  2. I am paying an absurd amount of money monthly to be able to use ONE aspect of adobe - to get signatures on documents. The fact that, without fail, I can count on "request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable" as an error message JUST when I've gotten into a workflow is absolutely infuriating. I wasted two work days already last week on hold with customer service when it would not work at all. How can this possibly be an acceptable level of product performance??????

  3. This is awful. Adobe Acrobat keeps deleting text boxes that I have put and completed with text making me restart the whole document and not saving my work. I've tried everything. I have saved the pdf before adding more in an attempt to save my work but it just doesn't work.

  5. The saved data that is typed into forms should actually delete when you click the "clear data" button. Otherwise the program will keep trying to suggest things as you type and often it crashes trying to do so.

  6. I used the E-sign yesterday, and now it wont work. We pay for adobe and other things from our company, so i dont understand why we cant use your E-sign system..

  7. I have an issue with text input into a field not wrapping. When filling out the form, it looks fine, but submissions I receive have all of the text on one line, leaving it unreadable.

  8. Would be very helpful if the Initials tool when signing would 'stick' to the cursor so you could add multiple initials without having to click Sign>Initial every time.
    I am needing to initial 40-50 pages of a contract document and it takes considerably more time than it should having to perform 3 clicks per initial.

  9. Allow users to bulk download signed/filled documents as you would each individual. selecting more only states "cannot combine the documents" but would be beneficial to download multiple simultaneously.

  11. Urgent Complaint – Critical Data Loss After PDF Editing on iPad (Acrobat App)

    Dear Adobe Support,

    I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a serious incident with the Adobe Acrobat app on iPad. On April 25, 2025, I spent over two hours carefully filling out a PDF form using various free text fields and annotations while being signed into my Adobe account (Adobe ID: AE01322900059EDE).

  12. I've noticed recently that, when I send a document out with a date request, the date is then not carrying through when the document is returned to me, i.e. not the date stamp on the signature, but if I ask someone to separately date the document, then the dating function isn't working.

  13. Please update your help docs for the new Adobe Sign (which is terrible by the way). I just need a document to be initialed and you won't let me do it ... why? Your help docs suggest clicking an 'advanced editing' button to allow for this, but there isn't one with the new system.

  16. Bug = when I add a text box > insert some text > export PDF > the text box cuts off part of the last letter. Workaround I always have to do is add a few spaces at end of text box.

  17. Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

    Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

    We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove…

  18. I wish there was an option for checkboxes to apply to multiple fields. For example, my e-sign template has a portion that requires investors to check all that apply. This prevents me from using radio buttons because they only allow one selected answer, but when I use check boxes and the investor checks the box, all 20 check boxes check. Very upsetting and I'll probably have to use Docusign instead.

  19. In E-sign, when I add myself as a recipient, the "Prefill" recipient (which is also me) goes away and there doesn't seem to be an option to add it back. I have to leave the agreement I'm trying to send via e-sign and open it again to get the "Prefill" recipient back. But it disappears again if I add myself as a separate recipient.
