For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. The IRS requires that we password protect documents that are sent for signature. If this is no longer a feature that is going to be offered, please let us know as we will have to look for another company that can comply with this requirement.

    Thank you for letting us know your concern on this topic. However, current version of the app does support password protection for documents sent for signing.

    In a normal "Send for signature" workflow, user can add password verification for any recipient involved in the agreement by following next steps:

    1. Select the file which will be sent for signature and start "Request e-signatures" workflow as usual.
    2. Once in "Request e-signatures" view, add any fields required
    3. Click on "Review and Send"
    4. Once in the "Review and Send" view, on the right side, you will see the list of recipients and a three-dot button for each of them.
    5. Click the three-dot button and you will see the "Add password verification" option displayed
    6. If you click on it, an input field would appear, allowing you to add a password to that specific recipient.

  4. The new format for adobesign is sooooooooo bad! Super convoluted compared to what it was. When enter the email addresses, it wipes out the info from a form I just filled in. The only way I can do it is through the web vs the app, and the fields seem to be limited there. Please revert back. Why do so many people 'fix' what wasn't broken??

    • Where exactly in the process you are having issues
    • The fields that are limited and you need 
    • Anything else that you consider helpful to us

    Also, you should be able to change to the old version if you go to your Profile > Settings > E-signing settings > Uncheck use the latest version > Save

  7. I can't find an explanation on why some of my signed AdobeSign documents are returned with "null" in front of the client name. Please advise with a fix.

  8. Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

  9. signature request documents showed up when I first loaded the page. They then disappeared and no longer show up before I did anything, and I can no longer see them unless I directly access them by the original URL sent to me. These should show up in my dashboard!

    1. This template contract doesn't work anymore after some update you rolled out. When I press E-Sign, nothing happens. I have sent this template many times before without issues.

    2. I don't see any of the fields I had prepared.

    3. Some pages are squashed and stretched and look ugly now.

  12. Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.

  14. Hello,
    I have some hardships I am experiencing with Adobe today. I have been working for about 2 hours now to try and compile a file to send for signature. It is very time consuming to delete out the auto populated fields I don't need (in the past, I could just hit the delete key and It went quickly), the file keeps erring out on me which results in kicking me out of it. I then have to log out of the website entirely and log back in to try and work on it again. It does not save my…

  15. Im really hating the new Adobe Sign Request Signature function. Its really not efficient at all. It takes me twice as long now to prepare a document for signatures. There should be a setting we can choose to leave our default on the older version should we so choose, instead of being forced into the new version, then to search for how to switch to legacy versions. Not a happy chappy here.

  19. I am shocked with how many things Adobe have managed to break with each update. To add to the extensive list of things going wrong - reminders for e-signatures are now suddenly working, meaning our entire client list just got reminders for documents they have already signed. So you've managed to fix it, while simultaneously breaking it.
