For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

  2. Everytime I send out an e signature request I get an email saying document was undeliverable, then a few minutes later I get an email confirming document has gone out for delivery. Please find attached screenshot of undeliverable msg.

  3. Terrible user experience. Options and navigation make no sense. Agreements glitch out half the time and can't be recovered or used to edit a new version of the existing form. Unable to perform simple actions, can't even simply copy text in PDF. How is any of this hitting the low bar for not stupid.

  4. Well, it seemed to work for a bit. However, you are back to requiring 3 and 4 attempts before we can send a document for e-signatures. It keeps telling us it can't be sent and to try later, and if we try to save as a draft, it just locks Adobe. Extremely frustrating, almost to the point of being worthwhile to explore other solutions.

  7. Normally, when I start typing out the recipient a list of contact suggestions come up. This is no longer the case, and it's inconvenient.

    • Reminders go to EVERYONE, not just the intended.
    • The links on those reminders do not open the document for the secondary signee.
    • The subject line of the automated emails has code and unfriendly for recipients.
    • Even when "Recipients must sign in order" is selected, all recipients get the email right away now.
    • Field validation no longer exists for phone numbers.

  8. I love the e-sign application but I do not like how it automatically sends the person a reminder every week. I often forget to change the drop down menu when sending the document. Is there a way to change settings so the default is set to "none" for reminders?

  10. Your adobe Signs app is not working again. When you login it takes you to the main adobe online page. This has happened before.

  11. Something is wrong with the Adobe Sign app. It hasn't worked for a few weeks. I was hoping yall would figure it out.

  12. Please add (as soon as possible) the ability to copy email addresses into the e-signature list. Currently you can only type a person's email, which is a major oversight. Emails can be complicated and a single typo will result in the person not receiving the form for e-signature.

  13. Stop over-complicating things to the point where they break. I'm being forced to used your garbage programs for work, and I've spent the last 7 hours troubleshooting adobe sign because it refuses to accept a simple .jpg.

    I have nothing but a miserable experience every time I'm forced to use any adobe product.

  15. Please, please, please, please turn off automatic field detection. It's ruining documents pre-prepared to send out for signature. The auto field detection is covering information already populated on the form and, in some cases, erases the information. This causes the client to have to sign multiple times or I have to print the form after signature to fill in the erased information. HELP

  16. The new placement of text/signing boxes works well for completing documents electronically. The uploading and sending of those documents? Not working well. Takes 3 or more times sometimes of prepping a document, entering remarks, and trying to send before it actually gets sent out.

  17. When moving a text zone, releasing the click makes the zone move slightly down, as if it was "settling in" in a sort of 3D effect. While probably done on purpose to look cool, that makes it very difficult to precisely place text zones where wanted.

  18. Fields have been created for me but some are not actually places for the signer to enter information, and when I click "Delete Field", the field will not be deleted/removed. So I have to go back to the old version which is frustrating.

  19. My customers are confused by the button to complete signing the documents that we send them. They don't understand that in order to complete the signatures, they have to click or tap on the "Sign" button at the top of the page. I think it would be more simple to change the word on the "Sign" button to "Click to Complete Your Signature" or Click to Finish your Signature" or "Finish" or "Complete" and to move the button to the bottom of the document, which for most other e-sign services, is the most logical location.
