1. Unhappy customer.

   I pay £7.99 a month! for the adobe pdf pack. This only means fill and sign and storing PDF’s but before today I was able to edit anything on my mobile device. Combine files and convert to any other Microsoft format. Until now it’s requesting an additional £5.49 to just be able to edit on my phone. This is ridiculous. Why am I paying for something I could access and do before with my first purchase of £7.99 a month. This isn’t an application I even use everyday. But I’m order to complete my edits etc I have to pay nearly double the money I already pay a month.

3. Adobe Scan A4 format

   One issue with Adobe Scan is that 90% of the time I'm scanning A4 documents, and after cropping, my multi-page PDFs have pages with different sizes. If I'm scanning A4 documents, they should be scaled up/down to A4 regardless of how I cropped the scan.

9. Tells me I need DC for Mac or Windows!

   I have Adobe down loaded, I am signed in. Why can I not simply read documents, or print forms??!!! I feel like a dumb cat chasing its tail and it is so very frustrating! I cannot even view the file let alone print it! And it’s off the government website for **** sakes!!!

13. Adobe Reader on iOS 13.1.1 does not render native PDFs that have markups. The Markup does not render when viewing.

    Markup a web page in iOS 13.1.1 using Apple Pencil. Save the PDF or share it with Adobe Reader. When you open the file the Adobe Reader does not render the markup.

14. Password (encrypted) function on fikes

    Files, especially of comments and notes were made need a ******* password that is encrypted via fingerprint etc to make sure ppl don’t have access to your data or insights.... my name is Dion Howard, credit me when u use this . It’s a way Adobe doesn’t have to use a third party , just create the **** codec to fit your product. Call me the designer of the new function. I’m from Los Angeles

16. PDF From right to left

    Hi
    All English books are read from left to right. In Arabic it’s opposite. But Acrobat doesn’t allow flipping the pages from right to left. Kindly, allow this option.

    Could you show pictures in natural(normal)colors even though they are viewed in night mode?
    In current night mode, pictures are vied as inverted black-and-white photo.

19. Hard to buy and hard to try

    I signed up to try AA DC ended up purchasing AA premium it never unlocked the app due to a problem with apple processing the payment that had nothing to do with me. When looking at this service you have AA 2017 a standard and a pro and some other version along with premium version that is not listed next to the others. In the end I canceled the order that never processed and deleted the app. First there is very little info on why I would select one version over another. After I spoke to 4 people at Adobe I figured it out. Also the names mean nothing to someone that doesn’t work at adobe. Also 7 day trial is not enough time to figure out and use this app. I think it could be useful to me but I’m not sure. Also YouTube has little to nothing useful on this app other then watching graphics move around to music. You need to have a few people use and talk about this product if you want to sell it to more then just standard office workplaces.
