  1. The new released MAC uses the new OS which is called "M1". Apple stopped using intel as their OS and started producing their own OS. I hope that the M1 OS compatibility will be available soon.

    Thank you

  2. When highlighting scanned documents, would be very helpful to have a key stroke option to force the tool to highlight a straight line. Acrobat will currently do this automatically for short/very straight segments. Please consider adding option to hold down a key (e.g., shift, ctrl, etc.) while using the tool to force a straight line rather than truly free form - which can be very messy and unprofessional in appearance depending on the context.

  3. I have a Microsoft Word file that has custom page size specified in the layout (specifically width 6.14" height 9.14"). There are also custom margins. When I convert to pdf via File > Print > Microsoft Print to PDF a pdf file is created but the page size is not correct. A pdf file is created that is 8.5"x11" not 6.14"x9.21". After trying to debug and spending 6+ hours with Microsoft tech support, there seems to be a problem on the Adobe side when the Word file is passed to Adobe to be converted into a pdf. I have noticed…

  5. First of all I want to thank all of you guys you are doing a great job.

second, I know that we can attach a jpg file ,but you will have to leave the reader and open it and when you send it to others it won't open and I know that we can edit pdf to add images ,but sometimes there is no enough space in the page and its so hard to readjust the pdf so it looks normal again, so if we could to comment with a sticky note but we can add in that sticky note…

  6. I would like to be able to save a PDF in only one click.
Currently, I have to click 3 times. I click on save.
    1. The 'Save as' windows open (this window is a fraud btw).
    2. Then I have to click on the folder that I want.
    3. Then I have to confirm the file name in the right folder.
Other softwares (such as Foxit) allow to simply save in one click my PDF in its original folder. As simple as that.
    Thanks

  8. I have had issues for several months with the thumbnails on PDF icons only. They are sometimes transparent, solid black, or have the PDF icon only. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I have "enable PDF thumbnails in Windows Explorer" selected. Adobe Acrobat DC Reader is my default program with version 2021.001.20135. I have tried many things over a while, as this really was bugging me. Tonight I installed "Fixes for 64-bit Adobe Reader preview handler and thumbnails" from:
    https://www.pretentiousname.com/adobe_pdf_x64_fix/index.html#thank

I figured I had nothing to lose and surprisingly it fixed the issue, especially as it hasn't been updated…

  9. When you select and open a list of pdfs, the tabs are currently opened in a seemingly random order. It would be very helpful if they opened in list order. I either have to open each file one at a time, or spend ages re-ordering tabs. It's frustrating, and impacts my work every day (because I need to open many pdfs at once, in order).

  10. Would be a magnificent addition if manual duplex printing could be selected for Adobe reader on Windows 10. Having read quite a few forums on the subject it would appear I'm not the only person who desires this.

  11. Currently the preferences window is very hard to use and frankly, broken:

You can't scroll with a touchpad.

You can't scroll with a touchscreen.

You can't scroll with a mousewheel.

Scrolling over a combo box changes the setting >:(

Content doesn't scroll when you drag the scrollbar!

The preferences window cannot resize small enough for smaller screens.

    Overall: infurating.

  14. Using Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF DC (21.001.20138) on Windows 10 to open the attached PDFs crashes. We create PDFs ourselves with several hundreds of images and embedding them using FlatDecode to reduce the size of the PDFs however very few images seem not to work in Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer ONLY. Opening the PDFs in Google Chrome as an example works.

  15. We have sticky note comments in a document. They appear correctly on screen, but when we choose any of the print comment summary options the replies convert to 4 pt type. Choosing "large" type has no affect on the replies. The original comments are fine. It's just replies that become illegible. I don't see a way to change this in Properties or the Comments menu.

  19. I am an IT manager with 28 PCs and 5 Macs. Cannot print mixed originals with latest DC version. Mac version still works. I've had to reactivate XI on some machines because we rely heavily on printing mixed originals. Obviously XI is no longer supported and I am running into other issues with that.

  20. I am not able easily download my files made in Adobe Scan PDF app to my computer from web interface in a bunch. I am not obliged to download few files, as your system is not able download 600+ files even 100 files :(. This makes your Cloud application worthless.
