  1. PDF search function bug

    In a scientific PDF with references, like [1], I cannot search for the string "[1]". It says it finds nothing.

    The same search works however when using the Microsoft browser to view the same PDF.

  3. Allow Admins to see the usage reports for SSO users for Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat.

    My users are SSO'd via an access package from our Microsoft tenant. While being able to access reports there are an option, it's usually tedious to get. If I could get a report/ audit log from within the Admin Console for Adobe, that would save me so much time. I could see: which applications my users signed into (Adobe Reader, Acrobat, InDesign, etc., the frequency of the use of the app, and last login activity. If I could also see common errors my users get, that would be so helpful!!

  5. drag menu bar

    I frequently move windows between screens and it's really frustrating how little of the menu bar it is possible to use to drag Adobe from one screen to another, without first maximising the window to find a sufficient gap between the "+Create" button and the Help button. There appear to be a lot of gaps between/around the buttons, especially between the "Sign In" and the minimise window button, or between the Menu and the Home buttons, but the only place you can drag the window around from is the small gap between "+Create" and Help.   10. OneDrive "Shared with me" folder

    On the Adobe Reader Android app it lists the OneDrive "Shared with me" folder, but that folder is not listed on the Windows version of Adobe Reader. Please change this behavior so this folder also is listed on the Windows version.

    Automatizar a forma de imprimir um Mini Booklet de 8 páginas.
    Existem os Booklets tradicionais em que se dobra a folha ao meio e existem os Mini Booklets em que se utiliza 1 única folha A4 para fazer o Mini Booklet
    Ver o exemplo a seguir:

    O problema é que não é só imprimir, 4 das 8 páginas têm de ser viradas ao contrário para a parte de cima ficar no meio da folha e a ordem tem de ser alterada para se imprimir correctamente.

    Seguem em anexo os ficheiros PDF para ser mais fácil perceber.

  12. Adobe Acrobat DC --> Check for Updates --> Version Check Errors

    The inbuilt "Check for Updates" function fails in Adobe Acrobat DC. I does not detect the version correctly and corrupts the install when using it.

    I installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC manually to confirm my suspicions.

    Fix the bugs please Adobe, this is not good enough.

  14. Follow software conventions for intuitive use

    Acrobat flouts well-established software conventions. I'm not going to list all of the ones I've run across here. Frankly, I don't have time. For instance, Acrobat serves up an alert. For most programs, a user can quickly dismiss the alert box by hitting the escape key. Not here. Want to find the version of the software? Look under Help --> About. Not here. It's stunning how much Acrobat slows things down.

  15. Adobe acrobat and unified installer

    Issue:

    Adobe's unified installer is currently taking 2.53 diskspace and not suitable for adobe reader users. We are wasting the disk space there. So, we need a new unified installer where it can act as reader with less disk space and can upgrade into Acrobat pro once the license is allocated to user. All those premium features should get installed on top of this unified package based on license.
    This helps on using the disk space efficiently.

  20. Acrobat Reader DC does not start after upgrade to 2025.001.21223 !!!

    On February 17, 2026, the Acrobat Reader DC on my machine was automatically upgraded to release 2025.001.21223.

    After the upgrade was finalized successfully, the Acrobat Reader DOES NOT start at all, reporting the following error:

    The program can't start because api-ms0win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll
    is missing from your computer.
    Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

    In previous release 2025.001.21184 from February 6, 2026, everything worked ok.

    I am using Windows 7 SP1, with Acrobat Reader DC 32 bit.

    Please correct this bug urgently !!!
