  1. I'm using a PDF that has a series of dropdown menus. For some reason, within the last week or two, it's changed so that now the text box scaling has gotten way too big. Used to be the text box was the same size as the text field, but now the box is zoomed in.

  2. Hi Adobe Team,

I often use Acrobat to review scanned IDs and official documents for online applications and verification. Sometimes, after scanning from a phone or converting files to PDF, the text and image quality become slightly blurry, especially for smaller details.

It would be really useful if Acrobat included a built in enhancement tool specifically for scanned documents, something that could automatically improve readability, sharpen text, and make IDs or forms clearer without requiring manual editing.

For people submitting official documents online, clear scans matter a lot. Even payment confirmations and appointment related files can sometimes be difficult to…

  4. Acrobat Reader

  5. I would like to request a new feature in Adobe Acrobat Reader:
“Hide all layers” (and optionally “Show all layers”).

In civil engineering and public works (such as road ledger drawings and CALS-compliant PDFs),
we often work with PDF files that contain many layers. Currently, layers must be turned off
one by one, which is very time-consuming when handling drawings with a large number of layers.

A single command to hide all layers at once would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

Thank you for considering this feature request.

  6. A design proposal in Adobe (usually using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop) is a professional presentation that shows your design idea to a client before final approval. It typically includes the concept, mockups, colors, typography, and explanation of the design direction. we at https://www.yallapatches.com/products/custom-patches-uae make all this.

  7. Give to the user the possibility to change the highlight color of search results obtained using Ctrl+F.

It is appalling that by now Adobe has not yet implemented this possibility, making it often extremely difficult to locate the results of a search in a document.

The current highlight color is light blue/grey, which is very discreet and often barely visible...
Why choose a highlight color that is so discreet ???
The purpose is to highlight and make it obvious and easy to find, not to hide !!!

Use flashy green, or bright red, or bright pink, or ...

    But this…

  8. Request:

Adobe Acrobat’s Read Aloud / text-to-speech feature currently caps playback speed at 2x. For users who rely on TTS as a serious reading and accessibility workflow, 2x is still too slow. Please allow higher playback speeds, ideally up to at least 5x, with fine-grained controls in 0.1x increments and the ability to save a default preferred speed.

    Why this matters:

Many users do not use TTS only as casual narration. They use it to read long PDFs, academic articles, legal documents, reports, and accessibility materials at the pace their comprehension allows. A 2x cap unnecessarily limits experienced TTS users…

  10. Hello,
Currently, digitally signing a PDF document using a digital certificate in the new Adobe Acrobat Reader interface requires too many clicks (4 clicks in total):
    Scroll down the left/right panel.
    Click "View more".
    Click "Use a certificate".
    Click "Digitally sign".
As a frequent user who signs dozens of documents daily, this workflow is highly inefficient.
    Feature Request:
Please bring the "Digitally Sign" or "Use a certificate" tool directly to the top-level tools panel (right or left sidebar) by default, as high as possible. This will allow users to initiate the digital signing process with just 1 click immediately after…

  12. When using Advanced Search in Adobe Reader, users have to manually go through the folder tree to get to the desired folder to search. This is a problem for users with deeply nested folder trees, those who use folder shortcuts, and power users. The modern folder-browsing dialog in Windows allows users to paste a folder path, allowing the user to quickly select a folder. In case there is any confusion, the "modern" dialog I am referring to has the location bar.

  14. Version 26.04.00 on iPad causes the app to crash when filling in (some random, not all) empty fields. Crash does not occur when you fill in the field using a laptop or computer, only on the iPad and only on empty fields.

Same on multiple iPads with the same info:
    - iPadOS Version: 26.4.1
    - Model Name: iPad (9th Generation)
    - Model Number: MK4E3X/A

  15. I want to print a single page document, but repeated so there are 2 or 4 copies per page. I would normally do this by setting the Pages field for 'Pages to Print' to e.g. "1, 1" for 2 copies per page. But that field is wrongly disabled, presumably because there's only one page in the document. The field should not be disabled, this is a valid use case.

  16. When a reviewer adds a Reply comment in adobe acrobat, a notification email is sent. The email includes a copy of the reply but it does not have the original comment. Most often the original comment is required for context, especially for large documents or when some time has passed since original comment was added.

For example, the Reply "Ok, thank you" Is useless with the original comment.

Forcing me to click the 'Go to comment' button is an unwanted additional step.

  18. Speaking for Acrobat Reader DC for Windows, it needs to be able to email a PDF as an attachment using Outlook new. It can already email a PDF as an attachment using Outlook classic, but Microsoft is pushing customers to move to Outlook new. I get that Outlook new does not support MAPI like Outlook classic does, but these two large companies have the resources to solve this. Not every PDF workflow is suitable to be shared using a link in an email - an attachment is sometimes best.

  19. In a scientific PDF with references, like [1], I cannot search for the string "[1]". It says it finds nothing.

The same search works however when using the Microsoft browser to view the same PDF.
