Always Show Comment Tools
Please make an Always Show Comments Bar option. I work with the stamp, shape and text box tools on many PDFs daily. I have to open the comments toolbar for each one of them. While it's a small thing to do on one PDF, it gets old fast when it must be done for each of many PDFs every day.

I use the comment bar all the time and it is a pain to open the comments toolbar for every file. I often have 5 or more documents open that I put comments on and I have to open the comment bar for each document.
There should be an option to keep different toolbars open at all times or at least have the toolbar stay open for all the documents.

YES! Please provide an option for making the Comment Toolbar always available.

Please have the option to pin the comments tool bar so that it's always there everytime I open a file. I use strikethrough and highlight a lot and need differfent colours. It's annoying to open it in every file.
