Acrobat Crashing When Opening An InDesign Exported Interactive PDF
I have no idea why interactive PDFs are no longer viewable with acrobat. Which is very annoying and stupid. Whenever I am trying to view an interactive element of the PDF, acrobat just tells me it is connecting and then suddenly closed the whole document (aka crashing). I don't understand why we are paying so much for adobe when they could not simply do their job. Very frustrating indeed. Worst user experience ever.

Thanks for Reaching out to us. we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end.
Can you please help us with the following points so that we can triage the issue better :
1. is this happening with all the interactive pdfs, or only with the PDFs newly created ?
2. can you please share the Crash dumps for the crash you are observing at your end ?
3. If possible could you please also share some sample files on which issue is reproducible at your end and video showing the issue ?Also please do update your Acrobat to the latest version if not already and give it a try.
