    To triage the issue further can you please help us with the PDF file on which you are using the issue.

    Also Can you please update to the latest version of Acrobat and check if the Issue is still repro at your end.

    Thanks for Reaching out to us. we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end.

    Can you please help us with the following points so that we can triage the issue better :

    1. is this happening with all the interactive pdfs, or only with the PDFs newly created ?
    2. can you please share the Crash dumps for the crash you are observing at your end ?
    3. If possible could you please also share some sample files on which issue is reproducible at your end and video showing the issue ?

    Also please do update your Acrobat to the latest version if not already and give it a try.

    1. Can you please explain which tools you are referring to and what is the behavior after the updates ?
    2.Also if possible can you please share the video for the issue.

    Can you please confirm if the issue is Resolved at your end. If not Can you please share the steps of how you are creating the PDF.

    Hi Angelo,

    The video you have embedded in PDF does not have Extension mentioned there. Its coming as "RidhMediaData". To play the video we need video extension as well.

    for eg: if we create the the PDF file with the video sample.mp4 then it must have the extension mp4 in name or RichMediaData.mp4.

    Also Can you please let me know in what way you are creating this PDF ?

    Hi Angelo,

    I just checked the file again. I think you have used the Video with extension .swf. And as stated .swf extension is not supported while playing in non flash mode. Please use supported video formats to play in non flash media.

    Thanks for Reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused at your end. Can you please help us with the following questions so that we can understand the issue better ;

    1.Can you please check if your Acrobat /Reader is updated to the Latest Version i.e may release. If not can you please do that and try .
    2. Is issue coming after the latest update ?
    3. Can you try the following steps and let us know if issue is still repro ? :

    Goto Preferences ctrl + k
    Goto Security Enhanced
    Under Sandbox Protections Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup" if checked and Restart Application
    Try Again and see if the issue is still repro.

    HI DSG,

    Thanks for reaching out to us, Sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end,You can access the scrolling options in Acrobat DC by Right Clicking on the top bar and then going to "Show Page Display Options". There are multiple options as per your need. You can select any of them as per your requirement. Once you click on any of the option it will be added to the top bar for quick access from next time onwards you open any pdf file. Please find attach the pic showing the options for scrolling.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, Sorry for the Inconvenience caused at your end. you can access the Zoom level option in window view by Clicking on the magnifying glass icon in tool bar. once you click on it it shows the percentage and allows you to edit the same. please find attach the image for the same, I hope this resolves the issue.     HI Edwin,

    Thanks for Reaching out to us. Sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end. I believe you are referring to the Floating HUD, you can put back that HUD to the topbar by clicking on the last button showing on the HUD. it will be fixed to topbar then and will not be coming on page view anymore. Please refer to the pic attached showing the button to be clicked to fix the HUD in topbar.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for Reaching out to us. With the New latest Version Acrobat you can now Customize the topbar and HUD items as per your preference. Right Click on top bar and Select the tools you want to have on the toolbar and that will be added in the topbar.

    Also Quick Tools Section can be dragged now to left or right positions on top bar.

    Hi V4,

    Thanks for Reaching out to us, For Reducing the Size of the Page Thumbnail you can Right Click on the Page thumbnail and Click on "Reduce Page Thumbnails". This will be Reducing the page Thumbnail size.

    If you are willing to further reduce the size of thumbnail , for that we are waiting for more users to have the same concern and then we will be taking the request further,

    Thanks for Reaching out to us. Sorry for the Inconvenience caused at your end. Can you please follow below steps and see if this resolves the issue for you :

    1. For Reduce File you can always access that functionality from File menu option after opening the file.
    2. For Marquee Zoom Tool: Right Click on Top Bar >> Goto "Show Select & Zoom Tools" >> Click on "Marquee Zoom". Marquee Zoom Tools is now added on top bar for you. you can access it right from top bar every time you open file again.
