Allow Customization of Toolbar in Reader version

Add a "Save As" icon to the quick launch tool bar.
Allow customization of the tool bars.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your valuable feedback.

    We will evaluate and iterate on how Quick Toolbar can be enhanced in Reader to better support our users.

    In the meanwhile, you can access Save As option by clicking on the Hamburger i.e. 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner > Click on Save As menu option as well as through keyboard using Ctrl+S or Cmd+S accordingly
