make 2-page-spread view available in PDF reader for websites
As a writer, I like Adobe Acrobat very much. It allows me to digitally display magazine articles as accurately as in print.
But the problem for me, and other writers I would guess, is in displaying articles in an online portfolio. While I can set the "view" as 2-page continuous in Acrobat, once my PDF is posted on a webpage in PDF viewer, it goes back to 1-page view. I contacted Adobe support, and was told there is no option to make it a 2-page view.
When these articles are first published in print, many times a feature article will have a 2-page spread, with a photo or even text that extends over the middle of the spread. So to have it in a 1-page ruins the look. Not ideal, especially when you're trying to showcase your work.
Would be very helpful if you could make 2-page continuous available for PDF viewer.
Thanks,
Kathleen
