Keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste do not work in Acrobat Reader. Only able to perform these functions from the context menu.

To reproduce:
1) Highlight text you wish to copy in a PDF form
2) Hold CTRL, press C, release both keys
3) Place cursor somewhere else in the file
4) Hold CTRL, press V, release both keys;

Highlighted text should paste to new location but does not.
