  2. Can we have a default to desktop version?

    Don't need all the bells and whistles on a regular bases. Would like to have the desktop version for reading and scanning.

  3. It's acting buggy and glitchy

    There needs to be better functionality when filling forms. I always need to switch to Microsoft Edge, when completing forms.

  4. search doesn't work in online acrobat version

    searching in Arabic in the browser version does not work correctly. It doesn't get results when searching online, but when opening the pdf in desktop it works.

  5. Highlighting text

    When selecting to highlight text, each time I highlight a section I have to chose to highlight. Instead of remaining as the selection option it keeps reverting back to the arrow. Tedious.

  13. Update error w/o Details or instructions on how to fix.

    When I open a file it claims I need to update Adobe Acrobat (Screenshot attached) or the file might not work properly, but it doesn't give specifics on what needs to be updated. I thought I was just using the extension to open this file on my web browser (Chrome), which I went to check if extension had an update and there is none. I also have the Adobe Acrobat software installed on my PC and I checked for updates on that, and again there are none. I checked Chrome, and it says it is downloading an update, however without…

    FileOpen Client doesn't work about half the time. It doesn't matter what the file or Website is. It tends not to work for a while, and then starts to work at a random time for a while. The Error message that shows up is useless. (Tells you to load the client, but it's already loaded!)

  16. PDF Printer Slow

    When printing to a PDF it is taking 2-5 minutes and making the files large. It used to be quick and make the files smaller.

    All of the extra characters before the actual website make a bunch of extra work to just send someone a link. Is there a way to hide all of that, so we can just work with short, comprehensible links?

  19. Its not a url issue its a software issue

    My Acrobat when I open it up and try to scroll down a document - freezes. I have to wait for it to unfreeze to carry on. I have uninstalled it, installed it again but its the same. I am not running a low end computer, there is enough memory and space, its very frustrating. I even pay for the low end subscription just to get some sort of editing functions - but this freezing up, slows down my work pace.

  20. Can't download

    I can't download my document. I didn't even want to open it with Adobe Acrobat. I just wanted to download the PDF from a website, but it opened it up in its own tab, and the download button does nothing when I click it.
