  1. Extension slow to handle large files

    The new chrome extension seems unable to handle large .pdf files. Files that open perfectly in the desktop app, and open perfectly in the "old" Chrome Acrobat, take several minutes to finish loading in the extension (not an internet issue -- I was able to download and open the same file in seconds while waiting for the extension to finish loading it).

  2. Work being lost after document has been saved.

    Once again, I have worked on a document for hours on end, periodically saving my work and I reloaded the page and lost all of my work. This is not the first time and it is unacceptable.

  4. NO MORE AI ASSISTANT

    Please remove AI assistant as a default. It obscures my view, is very annoying/frustrating, and I will likely be changing my default PDF reader unless it is removed as a default (when not logged in as well, as I am not always logged in when viewing these PDFs).

  7. obviously people hate the ai popup...and ai in general sucks, so maybe stop already?

    Very slow. Slowing down productivity... can't handle large files.

    Streamline it, cutting out all fluff, to reduce memory use.

  15. Acrobat in Chrome ruins my URLs

    When I open a PDF from our internal website, Acrobat for Chrome shows the URL with a long prefix added. We can’t put links using these URLs into emails or documents - they don’t work. We have to open a different browser and poke around in our internal site to find the document so we get can get a real URL. This makes our job harder and takes up time we could spend on other tasks. Please fix this “feature”!

  16. Not possible

    Re-design the application. It should appear in full-screen, max possible width, either in reading mode, or in editing mode, one should be able to switch with a command or click. Auto-turn pages to reading direction, enable both turning directions, if page is half turned, then on mouse over show the turned version. If in editing mode, allow comments and auto-save these. What is desperately missing is the showing of signed pdfs - signature panel should always be there - if I open with Edge, I see the signature, if with Adobe Acrobat - I see nothing, this is a huge…

  20. Poor User Experience

    This is a horrible user experience. I have numerous pop ups at once, I have numerous guides I need to review. The question about upgrading is misleading. This is so frustrating that you choose to build a product like this.
