15 seconds. You are lucky! Mine freezes for minutes sometimes. I have tried everything. Selected reading option for read current visible only. Uninstalled and reinstalled program twice. Next step is to Uninstall permanently and convince my company to stop using Adobe products completely.

I have the same issue. This software is broken. Please fix it so it does what it is suppose to do, i.e. allow us to open and read a document.

I have the same issue. Noticed this problem was from 2017. Great Work not fixing this problem in 4 years. Keep up the good work Adobe!
