Hi,
Could you please try the following steps and let us know if the issue is resolved:
• Delete Adobe Acrobat icon from the Start Menu, the desktop and from the taskbar.
• Go to C: > ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs and you’ll find the " Adobe Acrobat DC " with the wrong icon. The that looks like a shortcut. Delete it and close the window.
• Go to C: > Program Files (x86) > Adobe > Acrobat DC > Acrobat and find Acrobat.exe
• Right click on Acrobat.exe > Send to > Desktop
• Right click again on Acrobat.exe > Pin to Start Menu… and close the window
• Right click on Acrobat.exe – shortcut (that you just created on your desktop) > Copy
• Go back to: C: > ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs… and Paste the…Brett Stone supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Brett Stone commentedI'm baffled that as I peruse through hundreds of various comments about significant issues that affect users' productivity, failure of core features to function, etc, that this is the first UserVoice item that I've seen a response from Adobe.
I'm not suggesting it's the only response /ever/ from Adobe in UserVoice, but it seems telling and consistent with a broken organization to respond to an annoying and persistent minor issue with a temporary workaround.

There's no end, is there?
With multiple versions of one document open, we used to ctrl-tab to alternate between the two in Acrobat, made it somewhat easy to find where changes had occurred, then add comments, etc.
Now when doing the ctrl-tab, the unopened All Tools magically appears, so now we have to tab past that, too. Adobe single-handedly made this one method 50% more keystrokes, less reliable, while it had worked fine for years.
Adobe: we get it that ctrl-tabbing between documents is not likely to be done on the iOS or Android devices, but you continue to abandon business users who already pay a heavy price by removing functionality.
I can hear the water cooler talk at Adobe... "Hey, Jim's the new guy on the Adobe team. We can have him tackle the uservoice comments related to our now year-old disaster of a product upgrade."
Good luck, Jim!
