It seems that this happened on an Acrobat DC crash, not to say that it crashes every 20 minutes.

I don't beleive we need the original.
Making style means : allowing to apply, set, memorize and recall easily slyles for corrections with color, size, font ,etc.

This feature would make editor's work much easier.

Because at the moment pro pdf correction and edition it is a real pain : You cannot memorize actions. You often have to change each parameter for each edit action several times. Especially when you make hundreds of changes a day. You may have to multiply uselessly the number of actions by 5 or more.

Lots of lost time and energy !

Making editors corrections in Acrobat CC often obliges to switch from Comment to Edit modes. Some features being available or editable only in one or the other mode.
These two modes should obviouly be merged.

Obviously it is not simple for Acrobat Reader and Acrobat (pro) features separation, but what about simply having a singe Edit mode allowing to edit comment as well as other edition features in Acrobat (pro) only ?

This would make Acrobat a much better and more attractive tool for editing .pdf that it is today.

    Same issue.
Doing hundreds of comments, corrections and additions, this kind of ergonomic bug is really a pain. In addition, there are many other bugs or maybe inconsistencies, such as :
    - Changing style (color or font), Acrobat not able to remember preceeding choice, no way to save presets for corection style
    - Can't find Comment edition features (box and shape add...) in Edit mode, so must switch back and forth from Comment to Edit mode all the time.
    - Cannot select style or preset for replace all (in order to make modification visible or compatible with existing document)
