Selecting text in comments is absolutely maddening.
I use annotated pdfs all day every day to get client edits and apply them in InDesign. I can't tell you (but I will attempt to try) how maddening it is to simply copy text from a comment box to paste into InDesign. Why can I not simply select the text?! I have to double click on the text that I want to copy, which opens a white box around the text. If I then double click again to select the text (without moving the cursor) it closes the box without copying the text! Instead of simply selecting the text I must double click on it, move my cursor, then double click again, then copy. I have to do this sometimes hundreds of times a day. Why make something so simple and essential so unnecessarily complex and inefficient. Please fix this. Please. Dear god, in the name of all that is good in this world.

Yes please make it easier. I know it's now possible to import comments into Indesign directly, but the clients often do the comments wrong, so it's required to do it in Acrobat. And there the copying of text need to much clicks and the scrolling of the comments list is difficult. So I did the filters and it's showing me just the unchecked comments. That's cool but it could be cooler if the first comment in the list will be automatically active (that I can check the checkbox directly) AND I can copy the text without double click with the keyboard (cmd+c)
