We are sorry that you are facing this issue in Acrobat DC.
To investigate further, we need you all to collect logs and share with us so that we can investigate the issue.
Download the log collector tool from:
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
Run the .exe/.dmg, collect the logs and attach the log .zxp file.

Can you please try signout and re-signing in Acrobat with the Adobe ID on which you have purchased the subscription and if the issue is still not resolved then can you please run the Adobe's log collector tool available at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and send us the logs to debug the issue.

Adobe supports single sign-on and hence it is not possible to use different Adobe Products with different Adobe ID's at the same time. -

Please try Sign Out -Sign In again and make sure that you are signing in same email ID for which Acrobat has been purchased and if the issue still persists , we would need Acrobat related logs from your machine to investigate the issue further .Could you please run CC Log collector Tool on your machine which can be downloaded from below mentioned link :-

Please perform following steps to help us investigate the siiue-
Download the Adobe Log Collector Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html.
Double click on the file you just downloaded to execute the Log Collector Tool.
Follow the instructions of the tool (for more details check instructions for macOS and Windows on the download page).
Send us(sogoel@adobe.com) the zip file that was created on your computer's desktop. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Somya Goel commentedTry to run the uninstall.exe present in the FRL package. In case you didn't find that exe, you can delete the Operating config, Certificates , ASNPs folder from C:\ProgramData\Adobe\ and clear Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat in HKCU.

An error occurred while saving the comment Somya Goel commentedThe new NUL licensing supports Virtual Environment . License-related data is saved in <user>/appdata/Roaming folder which is synced to the VM on login and user can simply roam across multiple servers without any signin prompt again.

An error occurred while saving the comment Somya Goel commentedWe are planning to allow the admin to do this in the future. For now, you can submit a support ticket to have engineering look up particular cases, but there isn’t an audit view available as of yet.
