not working
it keeps saying my free trial has expired even though i paid the monthly fee and i cannot run adobe on my desktop

To investigate the issue further we would need Acrobat related logs from your machine, could you please upload logs on the cloud and share the link.
Please use CC Log collector Tool which can be downloaded from below mentioned link :-
