Thanks for reporting the issue here.
Can you help us with a few details regarding the issue and system setup at your end where the issue is reproducible.
1. OS version
2. Printer driver
3. Is the issue observed on all PDF file(s) or on some sample file(s)
4. Is it possible to share a few sample file(s) on which the issue is observedWe need to verify a workflow that might be the root cause for the issue observed at your end.
Please check when tried printing a PDF file (say the attached PDF file) with the same printer but select a smaller or same page size from Properties before printing.
Steps for the same can be found in the recording attached (print_small_size.mp4)Please feel free to reach us any time regarding the issue.

Thanks for reporting the issue here.
We verified on the latest build available, and found no blank PDF, and found 'enable all features' working as expected as well.
Attached is a screen-recording for the same.
Please do let us know, if the issue is still persisting at your end.Regards,

An error occurred while saving the comment Swapnil Srivastava commentedHi There,
Thanks for reporting the issue here.
We've verified on latest build available that the printing & print button in IE browser is working as expected.
Please check for update(s) from the Help Menu and re-verify the same on latest build. We've released another update after the mentioned build version as well. Please make sure to restart the browser for fix to be applicable.
If the same still is reproducible at your end, can you please share the workflow you're following, system details, IE version (or any other browser used) for the same.Regards,

An error occurred while saving the comment Swapnil Srivastava commentedHi Lucian,
Thanks for reporting the same here.
We tried printing the same PDF file using Adobe PDF Printer and tried viewing the same zoomed as mentioned but observed no extra line after the mentioned Japanese character.
Attached is the PDF file for the same.
Can you help us with few details to identify the issue :
- Acrobat version (DC/Classic other), any build detail
- OS version (and build details)
- With Reader we don't provide Adobe PDF Printing but viewing is still available; is this the scenario
- Can you mention exact steps
- Printer used to create the PDF (in case of Reader)These answers might help identify the issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment Swapnil Srivastava commentedHi There,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
We have verified the same at our end; but the issue seems to be temporary and machine specific as the same is not reproducible at our end in-house with the latest Acrobat Pro build and WIN machine.
But, the same could have been occurred at your machine' as the context menu update(s) require a Windows Explorer restart or a machine restart; and at time(s) after installation due to opened file(s)/folder(s) the same does not happens. So, as you mentioned everything started working after the reboot; the same would be the case. It would have worked after rebooting Windows Explorer from Task Manager as well.
Thanks for reporting the same.
Please do let us know, if anything is required from our end.Regards,

Thanks for reporting the issue.
We verified on our latest builds of Acrobat but did not observe any such issue while printing to PDF :
Can you specify the Acrobat you are able to get the issue from.
Also the OS you're using. Please re-check the checkbox from Printers > Adobe PDF > Print Preferences > Check and Save.

An error occurred while saving the comment Swapnil Srivastava commentedThanks Timo for reporting.
We have fixed the issue and the next release would consist of the fix.
Thanks for the details Jon.
We're working on providing a permanent fix for the same. In the meanwhile, Instead of changing the page size from PrintProperties, one can change from 'Page Setup' from bottom left corner in the PrintMenu; then the PDF can be printed to a greater size as well without any error observed
Please feel free to reach us anytime.
