    Thank you, but the information at the provided link makes no sense to me whatsoever.
    I am a basic user and have no programming or developer knowledge beyond making changes in the app Preferences dialog box on my Mac.
    However, the popups have not happened in the recent couple weeks. When I originally posted it was happening constantly for several days. I will follow up if it happens again.
