Ability to change the default Font Color in Edit PDF/Add Text from Black to Red
i use Red almost exclusively when i'm adding text to a pdf. it's a pain to have to change the color from Black to Red every time. would like the ability to change the Default Color.

The “Add Text” feature in Edit PDF mode always resets to black after each use. This is extremely inefficient when working on multi-page documents that require consistent color formatting (for example, adding blue text for annotations, signatures, or internal comments).
Please allow users to set and save a default text color for the “Add Text” tool—just like we can with comments or shapes. Ideally, the color choice should persist across sessions until changed by the user.
This small enhancement would remove repetitive manual steps and significantly improve workflow efficiency for anyone editing or adding standardized content in Acrobat.
Thank you for considering this quality-of-life improvement.

I would love this option to return as well. I also do all my editing in red. I rarely use black.
Can't you give us the ability to choose a different DEFAULT COLOR ?
I find Acrobat Pro DC difficult to understand it's flow of logic.
The older version (Acrobat PRO) was the best ! -

I don't understand why Adobe does not respond to this. In the previous version, I was able to set the color to red and it was held until I changed it. Now it defaults to black all the time. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY TAKES AWAY FEATURES? ??? Only Adobe. HATE Pro DC
